Athlete-Focused Yoga
A yoga class developed to compliment a variety of athletic training regimens. In this class you will be guided to focus on increasing and or maintaining a healthy flexibility level to protect your body from injury by utilizing both active and simple passive stretching techniques. Yoga for athletes will also provide more core based focus to increase overall body awareness, alignment, balance and strength. Yoga can be the perfect way to cross train or become a form of active recovery for the days when your specific training schedule requires some down time. At NXT our experienced instructors will help guide you through a class that will benefit your training for the rest of your week, month, and year. Our goal is to keep your body healthy and provide longevity so you can train strong and happy for life.
